By indicating your consent to the terms of use below, you certify that you understand and agree that any violation of these terms may result in the termination of your participation in NFB Link.

If legal action is taken as a result of misuse of this service, we may be required to reveal your identity. We are not responsible for any of the contents of communications between mentee and mentor, and do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information exchanged therein.

You agree to indemnify and hold NFB harmless with respect to any claim based upon mentoring relationships established through NFB Link.

We are held harmless under any and all circumstances relating to user interaction through or with this site.

Though NFB staff and volunteers make every effort to maintain the accuracy of the database, mentees and mentors have the responsibility of updating their contact and other relevant information.

When using this service, you shall not use NFB Link to communicate any material which violates confidentiality between mentor and mentee except when such a situation of confidentiality may cause harm to him/her or to others. Neither shall you use it to communicate material that is abusive, defamatory, knowingly false or inaccurate, obscene, vulgar, harassing, hateful, profane, threatening, or sexually oriented. Neither shall you violate the intellectual property rights of others.

If any user does not honor this agreement, we reserve the right to remove content and/or terminate his/her participation in NFB Link.
